The founding partner of Raymond H. Riley Associates, Ray has over 35 years of experience in retained executive search.  Founding Raymond H. Riley Associates in 1975, Ray has helped clients understand how critical it is to employ a “Process” for recruiting, interviewing and hiring the very best industry talent, helping our clients to win in a very competitive marketplace.

Vicki has over 30 years of experience in the search industry and joined Raymond H. Riley Associates in 1978.  Vicki is well-connected with top management within the financial services industry and she specializes in sales management searches for the firm.  Her strength lies in her in-depth understanding of the industry and her ability to influence and recruit.  She oversees all recruiting and field interviewing for the firm.

Diane joined Raymond H. Riley Associates in 1991.   She manages the recruiting team at RHRA.  Diane is an excellent resource for due-diligence as she has a finger on the pulse of the industry.  Her strength lies in her ability to guide her team in finding and identifying top candidates for our firm to interview, screen and hire for our clients.

Kelly joined Raymond H. Riley Associates in 1999.  She manages the field (Face-to-Face) interviewing team that our firm has been so noted for at RHRA.  Kelly has the ability to guide her team in identifying the right candidates for clients; candidates that are not only a fit in credentials but are a cultural fit for the clients as well.
